too much time

I have always been of the opinion that US Congressman and Senators should be employed on a part-time basis. It shouldn’t take all year to do what they need to do. The extra time they spend in DC allows them to be more influenced by lobbyists and causes them to legislate things that shouldn’t even be their concern….like this. Seriously? Thing of all the money we’d save by bumping these guys down to part-time…we wouldn’t have to offer them benefits then too!
