For the last two days, I spent time in Kurungu with a great AIM family working with the Samburu. I linked to this before, but here is a New York Times article about the folks I hung out with. They were also at Liam’s 2nd birthday party. The pictures are funny. The photographer definitely had a (not-so) subtle adgenda. She was always telling them not to smile in her pictures, which is the opposite of who they are. They are a great, good-humored family from Cali.
